The Crossing Rivers Health Senior Leadership Team defines and seeks to amplify the culture of our unique Critical Access Hospital. The team works to articulate purpose, set a clear and actionable strategy for achieving that purpose, and motivate and empower our extraordinary employees to provide exceptional care to every patient, every time.

The Senior Leadership Team is responsible for setting the organization's direction, taking responsibility for the critical decisions impacting the betterment and sustainability of our organization and communities at large.

Board of Directors

The Crossing Rivers Health Board of Directors represents the community and region served by the independent, not-for-profit corporation. These board members volunteer their time to manage and direct the organization’s affairs, properties and funds, to ensure the longevity of our Critical Access Hospital.
