Darci Colsch is a nursing instructor at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. Every day, she teaches the technical skills needed to be a nurse. Hear Darci share her experience on the receiving side of nursing - as a patient.

Cindy Justman and her brother traveled more than three hours to Prairie du Chien for a music festival. In walking out of their tent, Cindy's foot got stuck and she fell. She was transported to the Emergency Room at Crossing Rivers Health, where she had orthopedic surgery. Cindy appreciated her experience so much, she continued to travel back to Crossing Rivers Health for follow up care. Hear Cindy share her experience.
Karla Troester is an active woman. She has a large family and enjoys entertaining and cooking for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Over time, these activities became more and more difficult to enjoy due to the extreme knee pain she was experiencing. Karla turned to the team of orthopedic experts at Crossing Rivers Health Center for Specialty Care.
John and Margaret's Story
John Wachter’s adoration for his late wife Margaret is evident- well past the last breath of life. John best describes their love as true and genuine, standing the test of time- 63 years to be exact –as well as the trials and tribulations of life. Because of the support provided by Crossing Rivers Health Hospice, enduring “the most painful of cancers”, pain-free, was possible for Margaret. She and her family were able to spend quality time, comfortably at home, on the family farm. Hear John share their story.
