Family & Friends CPR

This low-cost training program is designed to teach lifesaving skills in adults, children, and infants.

Attendees will learn:

  • Basic CPR with breaths
  • How to use an AED
  • Relief choking

The training is ideal for students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others not requiring credentials from the American Heart Association.

Anyone required by his or her employer or wishing to be credentialed as a lay responder should take a Heartsaver®course.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
