The tree lighting ceremony for the Season of Lights and Walk of Stars at Crossing Rivers Health will be held on Sunday, December 4, at 3:00 p.m. at the Main Entrance of the hospital. The lighting ceremony will include an inspirational message, music, and the announcement of all current Season of Lights and Walk of Stars honorees. There will also be a tribute to the 2022 tree top star honorees Eldon “Bud” Arms and Douglas Dickman.
Partners use the proceeds from the lighting program to fund hospital equipment and other projects. Samantha Matern, the Volunteer Coordinator at Crossing Rivers Health, reminds area residents, “Tree lights and stars may be purchased through Christmas Eve as a memorial, to honor a special birthday or anniversary, as a thank you gift, or as a unique gesture of friendship. The names of all honorees will be displayed in the main entrance of the hospital through January 1, 2022.”
