Carrot cake smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup of nut butter
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Topping ideas: raisin, pecans, unsweetened coconut


  1. In a blender, combine milk, nut butter, carrots, pineapple, nutmeg, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl or glass and top with your favorite toppings.
