Carrot cake smoothie

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup of nut butter
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice
- Topping ideas: raisin, pecans, unsweetened coconut
- In a blender, combine milk, nut butter, carrots, pineapple, nutmeg, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl or glass and top with your favorite toppings.
