Chocolate banana avocado smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk alternative of choice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Half to whole avocado
  • 2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more honey to taste if desired. Enjoy!

*Consistencies vary by blender. Add or decrease liquid to achieve your desired consistency and texture.
