Double berry spinach smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen or fresh blackberries

1-2 cups spinach

1 banana (optional)

½ cup yogurt or kefir

milk or 100% fruit juice to thin if needed

Instructions

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

*Consistencies vary by blender. Add or decrease liquid to achieve your desired consistency and texture.
