Fall spice applesauce

Yield: 10 servings

  • 9-10 peeled, halved, cored, and diced apples of various varieties
  • ¾ cup of water
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ lemon squeezed


  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot, cover and bring to a boil
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20-30 min
  3. Put apple mixture in a blender and blend until desired consistency
