Strawberry rhubarb smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh or frozen rhubarb, diced
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 6 oz container vanilla Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
- ½ cup milk or milk alternative of choice
- 1-2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
*Consistencies vary by blender. Add or decrease liquid to achieve your desired consistency and texture.
