Strawberry rhubarb smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen rhubarb, diced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6 oz container vanilla Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup milk or milk alternative of choice
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!

*Consistencies vary by blender. Add or decrease liquid to achieve your desired consistency and texture.
