As a health and wellness coach, I create a non-judgmental space in which patients can feel comfortable sharing their health journey. Together, we create self-directed, long-lasting changes that are aligned with the patient's values. As a coach, my goal is to enhance the patient's well-being through positive regard for the patient's belief in their ability to change.
I have worked in health care for 20+ years. My previous background has been in primary care, women's health, health care philanthropy, community health education, service excellence, and health coaching.
In the course of my work, I display unconditional positive regard for my patients and a belief in they have the capacity for change, honoring that each patient is an expert on his or her life while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.
I proudly hold the following credentials:
- Certified Wellness Coach
- Certified Lifestyle Weight Management Coach
- Certified Stress Management Coach
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor
- Certified Sports Yoga Instructor
- Certified Specialty Yoga Instructor
- Certified Primary and Advanced Yoga Instructor
