Special practice interests
I chose to go into the medical field because I like the intellectual challenge of figuring things out and fixing them and I like working with people. Those two things seemed to meld well into a medical career.
I enjoy being a urologist because I am able to form relationships with my patients. When you see someone frequently and hear stories about their life, it allows you a window into what's going on with them and they allow you to be part of their family, in a way. It's those relationships that I enjoy most about what I do.
I can help with people of all ages with:
- urinary incontinence
- blood in the urine
- kidney stones
- different types of cancer
- difficulty with urination - in men and women
