Newly installed on the second floor of the medical center, the Hospice Giving Tree provides the opportunity for donors to honor their loved ones, a caregiver, or their family, and support this impactful program in a lasting way.

Crossing Rivers Health Hospice caregivers support more than 100 families every year. Over the past 38 years, the Crossing Rivers Health Hospice program has provided trusted care - right here, in our local communities.
Through gifts to the Hospice fund at Crossing Rivers Health Foundation, you can support our Hospice caregivers as they continue to provide for the physical, medical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.
Hospice care is provided at no cost to the patient and family and, in many cases, without full reimbursement, from Medicare, HMOs or insurances. 100% of your contribution goes directly to support the Crossing Rivers Health Hospice program.
