The live stream event begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 24th. Tune in for live, dueling pianos entertainment and featured information about two impactful programs at Crossing Rivers Health - Hospice and Surgical Services.

At the heart of this event were three important causes near and dear to many. Your support is going right to work to ensure our communities - your family, friends, and neighbors - have access to the most advanced healthcare resources, close to home.

Crossing Rivers Health Hospice

Crossing Rivers Health Hospice provides support for the medical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our Hospice patients and their families.

Surgical Services

Helping to replace equipment at the end of its useful life, and ensuring our local community hospital has the most advanced surgical technology available for the care of our emergent and elective surgery patients.

The Foundation's General Fund

Donor funds that remain flexible in use and available to be allocated by the Foundation Board of Directors to assist with areas of greatest need at Crossing Rivers Health.

In 2019, the Crossing Rivers Health Foundation hosted a Kentucky Derby-themed celebration on Saturday, July 13th at the historic Dousman House in Prairie du Chien. The fundraising gala included a silent auction, buffet dinner, and a live auction, all followed by a ‘Capella entertainment!
