Hospice Fund

In small, tight-knit communities like ours, the passing of a community member is generally felt by many. Crossing Rivers Health Hospice has been there for so many through life’s final journey. Chances are, you may know someone whose life has been touched by Crossing Rivers Health Hospice.

So far this year, our Crossing Rivers Health Hospice staff have had the honor to provide compassionate end-of-life care to nearly 100 patients, providing 2,400 patient visits to people throughout Crawford, Grant, Clayton, and Allamakee Counties. Hospice care is provided at no cost to the patient and, in many cases, our patients’ needs are fulfilled without full reimbursement from Medicare, HMOs or insurances.

That’s where our donors come in.

100% of every contribution goes directly to sustain the Crossing Rivers Health Hospice program. That means when you contribute to the Crossing Rivers Health Foundation’s Hospice Fund, you’re making a difference in the lives of your neighbors and friends.
