Urgent Care Telehealth Services
Available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The following urgent health conditions may be appropriate for treatment via Telehealth:
- Rash
- Minor burn, cut, abrasion, or wound
- Mild skin problem
- Eye problem (ex: pink eye)
- Sore throat
- Sprain
- Urinary tract infection
How does Urgent Care Telehealth work?
You can request an urgent care telehealth appointment two ways - by calling 608.357.2606 or completing the short form at the link below. After completing the form, if you don't receive a phone call from us within 30 minutes, please feel free to call 608.357.2606.
To access Urgent Care telehealth services, you must have access to high-speed internet or cellular data, and one of the following:
- Smartphone - Android or Apple
- Tablet or iPad
- Laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and microphone
Crossing Rivers Health Urgent Care Telehealth services are available for a flat fee of $50. Please have a credit or debit card available. For Crossing Rivers Health employees who utilize the SISCO health insurance coverage, this fee is the same cost as the in-person visit co-pay.
Urgent Care Telehealth visits utilize ZOOM software. Go to zoom.com to access your telehealth visit. Enter the Meeting ID number provided by the Urgent Care team member. Once you enter your virtual visit, a provider will join you within 30 minutes. If a provider is not available in that timeframe, you will receive a phone call once a provider is available.
