Prairie du Chien, WI (August 31, 2017) – Crossing Rivers Health and UnitedHealthcare have reached a new agreement that gives Wisconsin and Iowa residents enrolled in United Healthcare employer-sponsored, individual, Medicare and Medicaid health plans in-network access to Crossing Rivers Health facilities and physicians.
This new relationship provides more than 6,500 members access to Crossing Rivers Health physicians and other health care providers who share UnitedHealthcare’s commitment to improving access to quality care, enhancing clinical outcomes, lowering costs of care and creating an exceptional patient experience.
