Crossing Rivers Health Clinic Welcomes Charlene Sauer, Nurse Practitioner
Prairie du Chien, WI - Crossing Rivers Health Clinic announces the addition of Charlene Sauer, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, to the team of clinic providers.
Charlene is accepting new patients at the Prairie du Chien clinic. Charlene is passionate about listening to the needs of her patients.
“My patients value that I am honest about their health. I guide them in improving their overall well-being through education and empowering them to be an advocate for their own health,” Charlene shared.
Charlene provides care to people of all ages, from newborn to geriatrics, including family practice, lactation consulting, DOT examinations, acute and chronic disease management, women’s health, and grief counseling.
Charlene received a Bachelor of Neuroscience Degree in Nursing from Viterbo University in LaCrosse, along with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa College of Nursing in Iowa City. She is a National Certified DOT Medical Examiner and has received the American Nurses Credentialing Center and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification, along with International Board-Certification as a Lactation Consultant.
“I am truly happy to be returning to the communities in which I have lived and worked for 30 years. I plan to care for my fellow community members for many years to come,” Charlene added.
