Crossing Rivers Health Clinic Welcomes Maranda Record, MD
Prairie du Chien, WI - Crossing Rivers Health Clinic announces the addition of Maranda Record, Board-Certified Doctor of Family Medicine, to the team of clinic providers. Dr. Record is now accepting patients of all ages at the Prairie du Chien clinic.
“I strongly believe that my patient’s needs come first, and that healthcare is a partnership between the patient and the provider,” explained Dr. Record. “As a provider, we should be able to sit down and explain in simple terms why we are recommending a certain course of action. I never want my patients to walk away without understanding their plan of care.”
Dr. Record graduated from Loma Linda School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. She completed an allopathic family medicine residency at Florida Hospital in Winter Park, Florida, followed by a fellowship/junior faculty position in gynecology and surgical obstetrics. At Crossing Rivers Health Clinic, she will provide care to people of all ages, at all stages of life with an emphasis on obstetrics, women’s health, pediatrics, and nutrition.
“On a personal note, I am originally from Maine. I grew up in a town with a population of 400, on a dirt road,” Dr. Record shared. “I love traveling and experiencing other cultures. I have relocated to this lovely area and am looking forward to meeting the people.”
