Crossing Rivers Health Hospice Named Three-time Hospice Honors Award Recipient

Prairie du Chien, WI- Crossing Rivers Health Hospice team has been named a 2018 Hospice Honors recipient by Deyta Analytics, a division of HEALTHCAREfirst, a provider of home health and hospice software and analytics. This is the third year in a row that Crossing Rivers Health Hospice has received this prestigious recognition for providing the highest level of quality as measured from the caregiver’s point of view.

Hospice Honors acknowledges high performing agencies by analyzing performance ofHospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS)quality measures.Award criteria were based on Hospice CAHPS survey results for an evaluation period of October 2016 through September 2017. Award recipients were identified by evaluating performance on a set of 24 quality indicator measures. Hospice Honors recipients include those hospices scoring above the Deyta Analytics National Performance Score on 20 of the evaluated questions.
