Crossing Rivers Health Offering COVID Vaccine to Eligible Community Members
Prairie du Chien, WI –Crossing Rivers Health encourages community members who meet current COVID-19 vaccine criteria to request an appointment to receive the vaccine by visiting crossingrivers.org/vaccine. Individuals will select the appropriate eligibility group for the current criteria established by the Centers for Disease Control. Once the form has been submitted, individuals will be added to a waiting list and will be contacted by clinic staff based on vaccine availability and current eligibility criteria.
“We’re proud to be able to offer this vaccine to our friends and neighbors,” shared Maria Mathis, Crossing Rivers Health Clinic Director. “When they become eligible per the CDC criteria, community members are encouraged to access this form to register for the vaccine. If you are not currently eligible, continue to check back until you are. After this long journey we have all been on, having the ability to vaccinate our friends and neighbors is the most amazing feeling.”
