Crossing Rivers Health has been recognized by Intalere, the healthcare industry leader in delivering optimal cost, quality and clinical outcomes, as an Intalere Healthcare Achievement Award winner in the category of Community Impact and Innovation. Through this annual awards program, Intalere recognizes successful initiatives its members implement to enhance quality and operations, improve patient satisfaction and increase community awareness and education.

Crossing Rivers Health’s winning project, Advanced 3D Mammography, involved providing the best quality care and healthcare technology available in the United States within a 50 mile radius of Prairie du Chien, at no additional costs to patients.

“We are honored to be recognized by Intalere for the work we have done to improve healthcare delivery at our facility,” said Tim Clark, Medical Imaging Director at Crossing Rivers Health. “We are dedicated to making improvements to benefit our patients, staff and the community; and we appreciate the national recognition of our efforts to make advanced 3D mammograms available to all women at no extra cost.”

Four representatives from Crossing Rivers Health were presented the award during a ceremony held during Intalere’s Elevate 2017, in Orlando, Florida- Tim Clark, Medical Imaging Director; Allison Riter, Radiologic Technologist; Sasha Dull, Chief Development Officer; Krista Zimmerman, Materials Management Director. The winning project will also be featured in a professional banner session and included in a best practices compendium.
