Dr. Kristina Thompson joins Podiatry Team at Crossing Rivers Health

Prairie du Chien, August 10, 2017- Crossing Rivers Health Center for Specialty Care is pleased to announce that the podiatry team has expanded with the addition of Dr. Kristina Thompson.
A native of Monona, Iowa, Dr. Thompson is happy to return to the area to provide podiatry care to individuals from the region.
She shared, “I am excited to return to this beautiful area and to join the team at Crossing Rivers Health. It can be easy to take your feet for granted, but if you cannot walk without foot and ankle pain, your life is tremendously affected. Our feet take us everywhere! It is rewarding to make a difference in the lives of my patients. I enjoy building a trusting relationship with my patients and provide a friendly and professional setting to provide them with exceptional care.”
Dr. Thompson graduated from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her residency at SSM Health DePaul Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with an added reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery certification. Dr. Thompson specializes in elective forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and sports medicine.
