Hospice Candlelight Memorial to be held December 8 at Crossing Rivers Health
“We invite the community to join us for our Hospice Candlelight Memorial to remember the lives of their loved ones on Tuesday, December 8, any time between 5 and 8 p.m. in the beautiful new Meditation Room at Crossing Rivers Health,” announces Lynnette Winters, RN, Homecare Director, at Crossing Rivers Health. “This memorial gives family and friends a time to reflect and memorialize their loved ones who have passed while on our Hospice program.”
The Candlelight Memorial is hosted by members of Crossing Rivers Health’s Bereavement Team, Hospice volunteers and Hospice staff. A memorial video featuring Hospice families, volunteers and staff will be available throughout the evening in the George Family Education Center.
