Foundation Accepting gifts to Hospice Fund

This year, our Crossing Rivers Health Hospice staff have had the honor to provide compassionate end-of-life care to nearly 100 patients, providing 2,400 patient visits to people throughout Crawford, Grant, Clayton, and Allamakee Counties. Hospice care is provided at no cost to the patient and, in many cases, our patients’ needs are fulfilled without full reimbursement from Medicare, HMOs or insurances.
That’s where our donors come in. 100% of every contribution goes directly to sustain the Crossing Rivers Health Hospice program. When you contribute to the Crossing Rivers Health Foundation’s Hospice Fund, you’re helping us to continue to provide for the physical, medical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our Hospice patients and their families.
