Jenny Pritchett Named Crossing Rivers Health’s New Chief Operating Officer
Prairie du Chien, WI – Crossing Rivers Health recently announced a new Chief Operating Officer. Jenny Pritchett was promoted to the role after most recently serving as the organization’s Chief Clinical Officer. Pritchett has the responsibility for the overall day-to-day operations of Crossing Rivers Health ensuring teams deliver high quality, cost-effective care and services.
“Health care is a rapidly changing environment and in my 25 years as a Registered Nurse, I have learned that being resilient and adaptable is essential in effectively meeting the needs of our community in a cost-effective and sustainable manner,” says Pritchett. Her background includes hospital, home health care, public health, infection control, risk management and quality.
Also as Chief Operating Officer, Pritchett will have responsibility in managing major construction projects and the growth of services to meet the needs of area communities. “Recruitment and retention of high quality providers is also a top priority in this role,” she adds.
Prairie du Chien is Pritchett’s hometown, where she was born at Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital. She says, “This is my community and I am honored to be a part of the senior leadership team and having an active role in ensuring that our patients receive high quality care close to home.”
