Two day Rummage Sale offers items for children and expecting moms
“Family Resource Center is having a Rummage Sale that features only items for children, birth to age 12, and maternity clothing,” announces Amanda Nagel, Parent Educator at Family Resource Center. “The sale is scheduled on Thursday, August 22, from 2 to 6:30 pm, and on Friday, August 23, from 9 am to 3 pm. We’re looking forward to offering these items at a very economic price to help area families, and the proceeds will be used to support our programming.”
Donations are being accepted for the sale. Clothing, toys, or equipment for children, and maternity clothing in clean, good condition may be dropped off at Family Resource Center during their normal business hours weekdays, 8 am to 4:30 pm, through Wednesday, August 21. Other arrangements for donation drop-off or possible pick-up may be made by calling 608-357-2135.
Family Resource Center is a program of Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital. The center is located at 800 East Taylor Street, west of the hospital and across the street.
