Crossing Rivers Health COVID-19 Hotline Weekend Hours

Prairie du Chien, WI- The Crossing Rivers Health COVID-19 hotline will be available this weekend, Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Community members are urged to call the hotline, 608.357.2819, if they are experiencing Coronavirus symptoms - including fever, cough, and shortness of breath - or have questions about how best to seek care.
The Crossing Rivers Health Emergency Department is always available for patients who may be experiencing emergent health issues. Patients who are experiencing respiratory symptoms are encouraged to call ahead to the ER, whenever possible, to help curb the spread of infection.
As a reminder, for the safety of community and staff, only patients are allowed to enter the emergency entrance at Crossing Rivers Health for emergency or urgent care services. Visitors, including a patient’s family and friends, are restricted from entering the emergency department. An exception will be made in the case patients under 18 or those with altered mental status may have one parent or guardian accompany them. Other exceptions will be made if a patient is in critical condition.
