Crossing Rivers Health is authorized to provide:

Primary care
Inpatient and outpatient specialty care
Mental health care

Eligibility

Eligibility will be determined by the veteran's local VA medical facility and may be based upon certain geographic challenges, environmental factors, or a medical condition. Once eligibility is determined, Crossing Rivers Health will assist veterans through the process of obtaining an appointment for care.
