Visitor guidelines & resources

At Crossing Rivers Health, we take pride in caring for our patients AND their families. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit.

Visiting hours

Rest and sleep are very important for healing; therefore, we observe quiet time each day from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Visitor restrictions and masking guidelines

Patients:

• COVID-19 symptoms? Masking required.
• No symptoms? Masking optional.

Visitors:

• COVID-19 symptoms? Please do not visit.
• No symptoms? Masking optional.

COVID-19 symptoms include:

• Headache
• Sore throat
• Nausea or vomiting
• Shortness of breath
• Difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Cough
• Diarrhea
• Congestion or runny nose
• New loss of taste or smell
• Muscle or body aches
• Fever or chills

Entrance hours

  • The Clinic Entrance is open Monday - Friday,
    8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • The North Entrance is open Monday - Friday,
    6:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
  • The Main Entrance is open Monday - Friday,
    6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • The Emergency Entrance will be locked from
    8 p.m. – 7 a.m. every day, although the emergency department is available 24/7. In the off-hours, patients may enter into the first set of doors to the emergency department and registration staff will speak to them on the intercom before entering.

Parking information

For emergencies, easy access to the Emergency Department is available through the covered entrance marked Emergency, in red. Parking is close by the emergency entrance.

Outpatients, inpatient visitors, and other visitors to the Medical Center may enter the Main Entrance. Ample parking is available throughout the front of the building.

Rehabilitation parking is located near the entrance marked North Entrance. An accessible, canopy-covered entrance makes drop-off and pick-up convenient. Several parking spots can be found near the building, just North of the North Entrance.

Clinic and Behavioral Health parking is located near the entrance marked Clinic Entrance. An accessible, canopy-covered entrance makes drop-off and pick-up convenient. Several parking spots can be found near the building, just North of the Clinic Entrance.

Dining room

The cafeteria is located straight inside the Main Entrance and offers a beautiful view for your dining pleasure!

Meal Times

Breakfast: 7 to 10 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.
Salad bar: 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 7 days a week

Specials

We offer a daily special prepared by our Chef Monday through Friday that includes a variety of delicious foods.

The majority of our specials are homemade recipes developed by our skilled culinary staff.

Wellness Wednesday

Each Wednesday, enjoy a healthy salad prepared fresh by our Chef.

Grab N Go

We have a variety of grab-'n'-go items for a snack or light meal such as fruit cups, string cheese, yogurt parfaits, pudding cups, and sandwiches.

ATM

An ATM is located inside the Main Entrance, near the elevator.

Wi-Fi

Crossing Rivers Health offers complimentary wi-fi to our visitors. Please feel free to ask a Crossing Rivers Health staff member for the password.

Jerry's Gift Shoppe

Jerry's Gift Shoppe is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Gift Shoppe offers flowers and plush items that can be delivered to patients, and a variety of items for employees and walk-in customers. Jerry's Gift Shoppe is open to the public and features a wide selection of items for men, women, children, and babies.

Proceeds made through sales at Jerry's Gift Shoppe are given back to the community through Partners of Crossing Rivers Health, a volunteer organization that provides leadership opportunities, and education, and works to enhance healthcare in the region.

Jerry's Gift Shoppe is named in loving memory of Mrs. Jerry George in grateful recognition of the generosity of the George family's contribution to support the Medical Center.

Meditation room

Crossing Rivers Health offers patients, families, providers and staff a Meditation Room, a quiet, comforting place where people of all faiths can pause for reflection. The Meditation Room is located on the first floor, near the main entrance of the medical center.

A focal point of the room is the stained glass window, inspired by the majestic views of the Mississippi River and towering bluffs. The window contains over 270 individual hand-cut pieces of glass.

Bill & Coreen Adamany Healing Art Gallery

Inspire. Heal. Uplift.

Local artists from across the region have the opportunity to display their unique talents, brightening and beautifying our medical center for the delight of our patients, visitors, and staff. Through the display of local artistic talent, we seek to inspire, heal, uplift, and unite our communities.

Located inside the main entrance of the Crossing Rivers Health Medical Center, the Healing Art Gallery is a space to showcase art that inspires us.
