Biography
I have been practicing as a clinical therapist for the past 18 years. I believe that people can change and recover from mental illness and addiction. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect utilizing supportive listening, validation of emotions and experiences. I guide patients towards a place of change and growth with skill development based on researched treatments. Overall wellness includes treating the whole person, physically and mentally, in order for people to meet goals, recovering, and finding what makes life worth living.
