Crossing Rivers Health is taking a proactive approach in preventing the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in our organization and community. With that in mind, there are a number of changes implemented until further notice.
At Crossing Rivers Health, we take pride in caring for our patients AND their families. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit.
Rest and sleep are very important for healing, therefore, we observe quiet time each day from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Families of pediatric and hospice patients are encouraged to stay with them throughout their stay.
Hospital parking and entrances
For emergencies, easy access to the Emergency Department is available through the covered entrance marked Emergency, in red. Parking is close by the emergency entrance.
Outpatients, inpatient visitors, and other visitors to the Medical Center may enter the Main Entrance. Ample parking is available throughout the front of the building.
Rehabilitation parking is located near the entrance marked North Entrance. An accessible, canopy covered entrance makes drop-off and pick-up convenient. Several parking spots can be found near the building, just North of the North Entrance.
An ATM is located in the Main Entrance by the elevator.
Crossing Rivers Health offers complimentary wi-fi to our visitors. Please feel free to ask a Crossing Rivers Health staff member for the password.
Jerry's Gift Shoppe
Jerry's Gift Shoppe offers flowers and plush items that can be delivered to patients, and a variety of items for employees and walk-in customers. Jerry's Gift Shoppe is open to the public and features a wide selection of items for men, women, children, and babies.
Proceeds made through sales at Jerry's Gift Shoppe are given back to the community through Partners of Crossing Rivers Health, a volunteer organization which provides leadership opportunities, education, and works to better healthcare in the region.
Jerry's Gift Shoppe is named in loving memory of Mrs. Jerry George in grateful recognition of the generosity of the George family's contribution to support the Medical Center.
Crossing Rivers Health offers patients, families, providers and staff a Meditation Room, a quiet, comforting place where people of all faiths can pause for reflection. The Meditation Room is located on the first floor, near the main entrance of the medical center.
A focal point of the room is the stained glass window, inspired by the majestic views of the Mississippi River and towering bluffs. The window contains over 270 individual hand-cut pieces of glass.
In continued efforts to keep everyone safe, our dining room is closed to the public.
