Clinic Telehealth Virtual Visits

Primary care services are currently available via telehealth for new or established patients through a virtual visit or phone call with a provider.

Available telehealth options:

ZOOM real-time audio and visual appointment

Here's how it works

An email will be sent to you after you make your appointment. The email will include a secure ZOOM appointment link.

Prior to your appointment, please download ZOOM (click here to download) on the device you plan to use for your virtual appointment. Any of the following devices can be used:

  • Apple Devices- IPHONE, IPAD, MacBook
    • Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings from the App Store
  • Android Phones
    • Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings in Google Play
  • Laptop
    • Does your laptop have a webcam? You will need one to connect visually.
    • When you select the link in the meeting email, you’ll be prompted to download ZOOM.
  • Desktop Computer
    • Do you have a microphone? If not, you will be able to call using your phone when prompted. 
    • Do you have a webcam? You will need one to connect visually.

Here's how it works

MyChart can be used to send messages to your provider, request refills, and view your health information.   

If you're not already enrolled in MyChart, follow this link and select SIGN UP NOW.

The MyChart App can also be downloaded on any smart device from the App Store or Google Play. 

Phone appointment

Here's how it works

You will receive a call at your scheduled appointment time.  All you need is a phone!
