Motivational speaker, award-winning children’s book author, dog lover, licensed school bus driver, lover of vegetables (especially the green ones), and corporate America dropout. Her professional background, post-graduate education, and personal struggles with anxiety and a panic disorder all come together, creating a platform that teaches the importance of living an authentic life. Heather goes beyond just humorous, inspiring stories but also provides practical strategies that can be applied personally and professionally, resulting in engaged lives with more happiness and less anxiety. She helps people make their happy happen.

Justin Johnson will be serving up a dish of Mediterranean salmon! Justin is the founder of Sustainable Kitchens, a scratch food consulting company headquartered in Milwaukee. Justin has been a chef in and around Milwaukee for the past 20 years. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chicago, and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has been honored with awards for Innovations in Nutrition by the National Area Area Agency on Aging in Washington DC and the National Restaurant Association in Chicago.
Justin has been featured in Edible Milwaukee magazine, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Food Service Director Magazine, Sizzle Magazine, The National Culinary Review, and The New York Times.
