Jessica Goltz, Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

I create a non-judgmental space in which patients can feel comfortable sharing their health journey. My goal is to enhance the patient's well-being through positive regard for the patient's belief in their ability to change. I proudly hold the following credentials: Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Lifestyle Weight Management Coach, Certified Stress Management Coach, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Sports Yoga Instructor, Certified Specialty Yoga Instructor, Certified Primary and Advanced Yoga Instructor.

My focus is on self-love and nourishing our bodies. I believe that eating nourishing foods and having a healthy relationship with food is so much more than counting calories and dieting. No more polarizing or categorizing food as 'good' or 'bad.' No more praising or punishing yourself for what you eat. The spotlight is on making nutrient-dense, whole foods delicious and oh-so tasty. You are in charge of the food you eat, food doesn't control you.
