- Lettuce or Mixed Greens
- Sliced Strawberries
- Sliced Mango (to save time, buy frozen and thaw!
- Feta Cheese
- Raspberry Vinaigrette (or dressing of your choice)
- Chicken Breast
Feel free to add other ingredients you may like such as avocado or red onion. YUM!
- Bake or grill the chicken breast.
- Slice chicken and place over your salad greens.
- Top with fruit, cheese, nuts and any other ingredients you may want!
