Free Glucose Screenings
In recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month in November, Crossing Rivers Health Fennimore Clinic will be offering free glucose screenings the entire month of November 2019. We are accepting appointments and walk-ins are also welcome. When you come in, we will perform a glucose test, which is most accurate if you are fasting 8-12 hours prior to testing. We’ll be able to discuss results with you at that time, along with any other questions or concerns individuals may have.
