Crossing Rivers Health mission and vision

At Crossing Rivers Health, our vision is to be a great place to receive care, physicians to practice medicine and employees to work. Our mission is to provide exceptional care by extraordinary people whose highest priority is your lifetime of wellness. These are the roots for which our foundation was started and continues to grow.

Every day, multiple patients come into our organization. Some of them are sick, a few of them are injured and many of them are healthy. We treat the sick, we heal the injured, and we encourage the healthy! From birth to end of life, we are there every step of the way.

Our organization is made up of employees from many different walks of life. We understand the importance of the patient experience and are excited to celebrate National Patient Experience week.

At Crossing Rivers Health, we strive to create a healing environment where every patient matters. We are honored to be working side-by-side with over 300 employees who do just that every day.

In our roles, we have an opportunity to help impact the patient's experience from the minute they walk in our doors to the minute they leave. Together, we work to analyze patient feedback and implement initiatives for improvement.

Patient Experience Week at Crossing Rivers Health

Although we are the ones getting the data, our jobs are easy compared to the many staff that works daily to care for the patients. Without them, we would not be able to provide the excellent care that we do.

Patients who are cared for at our organization have the opportunity to rate the care they received through the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey (also known as HCAHPS). Crossing Rivers Health continues to perform well in many areas including communication with nurses, pain management, courtesy of front desk staff, and physician engagement. None of this would be possible if it wasn’t for the compassionate, high-quality care that our staff delivers daily. It is our mission to provide an exceptional experience for each and every one of our patients.

At Crossing Rivers Health, we know the importance of a great patient experience. We understand that patients are sometimes scared, worried, and sad. If we are lucky, we just might happen upon a patient who is filled with joy.
