Abbey's Story

This was my second delivery at Crossing Rivers Health. Since my first delivery, two of my primary care providers left the community, which made me nervous about starting over with someone new.

When I found out I was pregnant again, I reached out to the primary care clinic and scheduled an appointment with Terri Payne. From that very first visit, she put me at ease and made all the difference.

Terri immediately stepped into the role of my primary care provider with compassion and confidence. She made me feel truly heard and supported, taking the time to have meaningful conversations about both my health and the health of my baby. It was very reassuring from someone who was hesitant to start over again with another provider.

Thank you, Crossing Rivers Health, for all that you do. You help women through some of the toughest times and make them feel heard.
