Annual Volunteer Online Orientation
All volunteers must complete annual education to continue their volunteer service at Crossing Rivers Health. Annual training allows you to stay compliant with Crossing Rivers Health and Joint Commission Standards, as well as get a refresher on important topics to keep you, patients, families, and staff safe.
Please note, if you are a New Volunteer there are additional steps to complete at the bottom of the page.

New Volunteers
If you have not already completed your new volunteer health screening, please call the Crossing Rivers Health Employee Health Nurse at 608.357.2260 to schedule a new volunteer health screening.
- Flu Vaccination: All volunteers are required to get a flu shot (when applicable) as a condition of the Volunteer Program.
- TB Testing: All volunteers will participate in the TB screening program. If you have had a TB skin test in the last 12 months, please bring a copy of it for the nurse to review. Please retain a copy for your records.
OR you may, at your own expense, complete your health screening, TB testing, and flu vaccination elsewhere and bring us documentation. If you complete them elsewhere, you will need to print and take this form to your provider
Volunteer Health Screening Form
Due to federal and state regulations and the policy of Crossing Rivers Health, you will not be given a start date or be allowed to give any service until all of the required paperwork has been completed, including orientation and health requirements.
