Crossing Rivers Health Welcomes New General Surgeons
As the demand for surgical services grows nationwide, Crossing Rivers Health continues to expand to accommodate the community’s needs, now adding additional general surgeons. Crossing Rivers Health Center for Specialty Care welcomes Joel Myers, DO, and Steven Miller, MD, to the surgical team.
Dr. Myers attended medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University. He completed his medical training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. He has extensive experience in conducting screening for colonoscopies and vasectomies and is committed to providing local access to high-quality healthcare.
Dr. Miller attended medical school and general surgery residency at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. Following residency, he completed a colorectal surgery fellowship at Methodist University in Houston, TX. His areas of medical interest include colorectal disease and gastrointestinal issues, and he has a deep commitment to practicing in rural settings. In addition to offering upper and lower endoscopy services, Dr. Miller performs various laparoscopic and open procedures.
