As you set up future visits with our therapists, please see the protocol below that addresses excessive cancellations and no-shows for appointments. Our policy is out of respect and consideration for patients who may need and could benefit from those appointment times.
- We ask for notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible.
- Three consecutive no-call, no-show appointments will result in removal from the therapy schedule. You may call to set up a new appointment with no more than two time slots booked at a time.
- A combination of four or more late cancellations or no-shows within 30 days, even if not consecutive, will result in removal from the therapy schedule. You may call to set up a new appointment time with no more than two time slots booked at a time.
- We understand delays can happen. However, we must be mindful of time management. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule, and this will be considered a late cancellation.
We understand that there are times when extenuating circumstances may arise, and special considerations may be made for those situations.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that we can provide excellent care to our patients.
